Do what we say, The Administrators and Moderators are the ones who run the site, so in turn they deserve respect.
Follow the Golden Rules, Treat others how you want to be treated. If you are found being disrespectful, we will take no time in booting you off the site.
Scapegrace is a PG-13+ site, In the world of warriors, there is going to be blood, gore, violence, and foul language. We understand there are mature tweens out there, but we are taking precautions. If you're under thirteen then do not join our site.
Please, no chatspeak, This is a literate Warriors Roleplay. If you are found using 'u' instead of 'you' or are typing 'lyk dis', we will not only ban you but make sure you're the butt of our jokes for weeks. Using such acronyms as, 'lol', 'brb', and 'lmfao' are not the issue. It's when we cannot understand what you're saying, then it becomes a problem.
Be active, If you plan on becoming a member of our site, then we would prefer if you are active. We don't want your pretty name sitting in our info center under 'newest member' for weeks, and yet hear NOTHING from you. Being active means coming on daily, and posting at least once a week. We understand life is busy, but if you're going to join, then at least humor us with your name under the 'online in the last 24 hours'. If you plan on leaving for awhile, or quitting then drop us a line in our 'Initiation & Departure' board.
Swearing is allowed, But do not abuse this feature. We don't want our boards to be littered with 'fuck', and we don't want you swearing at other members. We understand that swearing is a part of life, but a normal person isn't going to use 'shit' fifteen times in a sentence.
Do not stretch our boards, Do not post images that extend '680' pixels in width, the height does not entirely matter, but use common sense. An image that is 680x1239 is going to look ridiculous.
Do not advertise, Anywhere but within the 'Advetise' board. We didn't create a board specifically for advertising just to humor you. If you're found advertising anywhere else, we'll delete the advertisement and waggle our finger at you.
One account per member, We're not one of those RPG's who have an account for each character. No, that's not how we roll. If you're found with two accounts, one of them is going be deleted. If you decide to be difficult we'll delete both and ban you.
Do not ask to become a staff member, There is a reason we have four admins, and only FOUR. We can handle the site. It's honestly not that hard. We do NOT need your help, no matter what you think. So do not bombard us with messages about how perfect you would be on our team. We do not care.
The chat-box is a privileged. There should be positive behavior, friendly language, nice attitudes, and lots of respect. Guests are allowed to be in the chat-box. If there is any advertising from the members, the chat-box will be removed. If there is any advertising from the guests, the guests will not be allowed in the chat-box. If a guest does advertise and you are in the chat-box with them, please warn them and try o stop them from any further violations.
Dealing with guests may be troublesome. That is why we have a place for guests to complain and ask questions. They may pop on there time after time, but if they bitch in the chat-box, please give them the link to the Guest Center and explain why they need to go there. "For any complaints, please post in the Guest Center." That's all you have to say.
Members and guests tend to give others issues. If they do, please PM a staff member to deal with the situation. If they are already aware of the issue, only remind them once. If you annoy them, they can block you for a week from PMing them. This can be done. So if yo do not get on their nerves, you are all good.
character
The character limit is 16, The character limit does not include deceased characters. If you kill off a character, then that will open up room for another. But PLEASE, do not take on more characters than you can handle. We don't want Purplepaw to get all of the attention, while poor Lionpaw only has an accepted biography. Make sure all of your characters are active!
When naming your character, Please refrain from using words that a warrior wouldn't know. We are a traditional warrior's roleplay, this means we want to stick to the book as much as possible. ALSO, try to keep from repeating prefixes. This is why we provide a naming guide, and this is to lessen confusion.
The word limit is 200, This is a literate Warriors Roleplay. We do not condone one sentence replies. If you are found constantly breaking this rule then we will ask you to step up your game, or leave the site. Do not join if you cannot handle our expectations.
Do not Godmod or Powerplay, This means do not control any other character than your own, and do not make your character invincible. If you are found practicing any of these terms then we will boot you off of the site. This is an ADVANCED roleplay, if you're still running around being a dick then you do not belong here.
No unusual pelt colors, Or strange eyes. The strangest it can get is having 'lilac' or 'purple' eyes. This is a traditional Warriors Roleplay. I don't remember lime green sparklecats slaying Tigerstar in the books. Which means we won't be seeing it here. If you're questioning anything then send the admins a message. This also applies to accessories, warrior cats aren't going to be sporting a stylish checkered bandana or eighteen carrot, diamond earrings.
Most cats know the human cuss words, since the plot takes away the "not every cat knows cuss words". Our cats were abducted in the past history. Cussing will be done. Just as long you follow the general rule, we are all cool hot-dogs here.
Queens are not allowed, queens with kits, or queen who are pregnant with kits are not allowed as accepted biographies. You are allowed to a create a 'queen' like character as long as kits are not present. This allows for a better roleplaying experience and reduces the risk of unwanted characters.
Liquid time is allowed, This means your character can be in more than one thread at a time. But only use this when necessary, we don't want to see Blackfur running around in every thread when she's supposed to be hunting.
Do not pull a Cinderpelt, That means no reincarnation. Once your character is dead, they're dead. It doesn't matter if you regret it, or if you made a mistake. You made the choice to kill them, and now you must live with it.
No signs from Starclan, Unless you are told otherwise. Here at Scapegrace we have site-wide plots. If your character is receiving signs from Starclan then they will most likely ruin what we have planned. If you happen to think it will add to our plot or spice up what we have planned, then let us know.
Do not create your own clan, Thunderclan, Windclan, Riverclan, and Shadowclan are the only clans in the forest. We do not have a need for any others. Rogues can have posses, and live in little groups but they will not be running in a clan like manner.
Only one high position per member, When applying for a high position, keep in mind that you can only have one. We do not want to give members an advantage over each other.
Before becoming a warrior, An apprentice must have had at least four training threads with their mentors. Once your apprentice has met the requirements, then message your leader's roleplayer and let them know so you can set up your ceremony.
Be active, Try to post at least once a week in an IC board. We want our plots to move quickly and if members are inactive with their characters then this cannot happen. If you happen to have a character with a high position, then we demand that you must be active. We do not want the leader of Riverclan to post only once a month.
Relationship
Romantic Relationships must be between a she-cat and tom, These are cats, not people. Scapegrace does not allow slash pairings simply because Warriors does not have slash pairings. The farthest you can let it go between two characters of the same sex is friendship. We're sorry if this insults or upsets anyone, but all three admins agree that this will diminish any problems that it may cause.
Female leaders, and deputies are not allowed to have kits, If they have kits then they will be unable to serve their clan properly. This rule does not apply to any kits they may have had beforehand. If a character is found breaking this rule then they will have to accept the punishment Starclan gives them.
Medicine cats are not allowed to have kits, This applies to both Male and Female characters. When creating a medicine cat please keep this in mind. If a medicine cat does happen to have kits then they will need to accept the punishment Starclan bestows upon them.
No graphic mating, Because nobody in their right mind wants to read that.
To become pregnant, Both cats need to have at least three threads together in order to have kits. Both roleplayers also need to agree on this.
When creating kits, Message an admin, so we can determine how many they will have, gender, etc.
If a kit is not adopted, Within two weeks it will be announced dead.
The Legend
You are not a know it all, since the Grounded God is only a legend. No one alive knows the Grounded God personally, it has faded into time more than twice in history.
No relatives, with the Grounded God, no one is alive but it. The Grounded God is immortal. Which means it lives for forever and ever. No changes.
There can be mis-told stories of the legend. That is the point right? Just like telephone, the tale could be misinterpreted.
Powers
Only one power can be selected for your character at first. As you roleplay, your powers will be gained by points which are associated with the amount of posts you do. Once you get another power, you will have to start your points all over again to get another power.
Do not argue with our logic of the amount of powers and power sources you get. You have the choice of picking which clan you want and they come with the powers. If you are caught doing a power outside of the clans powers, you will be knocked out of the clan permanently, remaining an Outcast. For example, if you are a mind bender and you are caught casting a shadow or starting fire you will be put out of the clan, no exceptions.
Do not over power your enemy with your skill unless you want to lose it completely. Your powers are calculated with numbers that go down with how much force you use your power on.
Make the battle equal for you and your opponent. That means you can't overpower, as said before, your enemies. It's just not fair enough.
