Making a site also means making a lot of big decisions. Should the point system work that way or this way? Should the site layout look like this or like
But what about the little decisions? They might be small but these guys are what keeps everything shiny -- they're like the underpaid maid to your expensive 50 bedroom, 20 bath mansion. The best thing about them is that they're portable and bite-sized. They don't take up a lot of room, aren't claustrophobic, and aren't time-consuming. You don't even have to feed them, they're so great.
This thread serves as a home for the decisions that are, well, on the small sides of things. It serves mostly as a log -- usually these decisions are made by a staff member on the fly and don't require discussion, but it's nice to let everyone know they're there.
However, this thread may also serve as a place of suggestion. Those kind of suggested decisions are usually made by a staff member who wants to give the other admins a heads-up before going ahead with some minor changes -- you know, to avoid confusion and all-out war.
To keep things free of confusion and war, here are examples of entry formats for the log and the suggestions sections, respectively.
For the log:
